I am a Portrait Artist, trained in the Classical Approach of the Masters, such as Rembrandt. I also teach those who say they "can't paint" or can only draw "stick people" into people who have fun with a love for their new found hobby. Art is what I do - Portraits, Murals, Illustration, Pencil, Pastel, Acrylic and Oil.

I grew up in Southern California but left to raise my family in the Nashville, TN area in 1991. Now that they're grown, my wife and I decided to move back to Southern California in March, 2012. We are enjoying our life in the Orange County beach vicinity, looking forward to meet all of you some day.

My god, the oil painted portrait looks so realistic and for a moment I rechecked it to see that it was actually a painting and not a photograph. Your skills are amazing and I just don’t know how to express my excitement and respect.
